I'm back, y'all. I know, I've actually been back for a whole week now -- and my what a horrific one it has been... but anyway, the vacation was super nice and fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it. When do I get another one??

So just a few bullet point highlights from my week:
1. We have an anonymous suggestion box on our new Intranet (the new Intranet, which was my baby project that took up my entire Spring... I never did see a freakin' flower bloom or any of that Springy crap...). We had a comment that came through that said the web person that did the Intranet should be fired -- that stuff was broken and it sucked. So that was BEAUTIFUL ACTION!

2. I attended the Rickwood Classic yesterday where it was a sweltering 92 degree day and we were there from 12:30 - 3:00...

3. I wrote a Q and A segment for our internal publication "Our Way" about aforementioned new Intranet and someone in my department decided it would be good action to place my picture and a "Contact Amy" box on the FRONT PAGE -- complete with my number and email... Can you even imagine the number of calls and emails I'm about to get??
